Keep in mind it is a Mercedes! Unless the owner took really good care of it and can prove it, be prepared to fix it! It may run fine now, but it will start to show problems. Mercedes are expensive to fix. And depending on the repair, only the dealership can fix it, meaning that you are at their mercy on the cost to fix it.
