High mileage is not necessarily a bad thing with any car. But ... it increases the possibility that the car has problems, even if the seller says it doesn't. Therefore, for any car with that many miles, Mercedes included, you should get a professional mechanic to inspect it thoroughly BEFORE you buy it.

Run and run very quickly.A 2003 Mercedes with that many miles is going to be nothing but problems. They are very unreliable when they get high mileage and to add the price is kind of high at 33k.

It's overpriced. Average market value around me is about $25000 for a 10 year old G-Wagon.

Also keep in mind that they are very thirsty vehicles ( you will be on a first name basis with the employees at your local gas station ) and have high maintenance costs. You have to have deep pockets to operate a G-Class.

No price is a bit high but don't worry about the mileage cause I'm a dealer and have had many of them with we'll over 100k and the owners are still driving them with out any major problem having that many miles mens that most of the big work needed on them has already been done

I would almost vouch for a Mercedes, however, to be sure get it inspected to save you headaches. and $ 33.000 is a bit much for that. sorry, I would not buy it for that price. Mileage or not.

That's expensive for a 2003 G-class. The other user is right. With that millage, and we're not even sure what packages the car comes with, around $20,000 is a safer asking price.

Keep in mind it is a Mercedes! Unless the owner took really good care of it and can prove it, be prepared to fix it! It may run fine now, but it will start to show problems. Mercedes are expensive to fix. And depending on the repair, only the dealership can fix it, meaning that you are at their mercy on the cost to fix it.
