Is 165000km on '92 Mercedes E 200 good?

I am looking to buy this vehicle from a privateseller. I am not too knowledgable when it comes to cars. Is 165000km (102,526 miles) on '92 Mercedes E 200 good? Is that too many or does she still have some life left in her? Thanks in advance for any input!
Hmm... It's in Germany and it is COLD! Thanks for the heads up guys.

that is very low miles for a car that old. ask if the engine was rebuilt, or anything else.
stay away from rebuit cars. old mercedes go for 350,000+ (miles)
if you are a woman than the seller may take advantage of you since assuming you dont have knowledge on what you are buying. bring somebody who you know is good with cars to get their opinion.
you learn from your mistakes though, i bought my first car a 1996 Grand Am as i called the "Grand Lemon" onto an old BMW now.

most drivers put on about 12,000 miles a year. 18 yrs x 12,000 miles = 216,000 miles... so it would seem this person put about half that on.

102,526/18 = 5680 miles per year.. its low mileage for the year but its a really freaking old car. If it was in Arizona for its life i would say its fine.. if it were in Chicago Illinois i wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pool... local weather can greatly effect the body of a car.
