2004 Chrysler Pacifica won't start and PO442 code pulled.?

2004 Pacifica with 35751 miles on it. The check engine light came on a week ago so I took it to autozone and they pulled the code PO442. Now when I try to start the car all the lights and radio comes on but the car won't crank up unless I give it some gas. I already installed a new battery a month ago... If you have any information about what this could be please voice your opinion. Thanks.

That code is a small leak in the evap system. Sounds like you have two issues (neither are related). I would get it into a reputable repair facility and have it diagnosed by a professional.

hmm, so it will start with gas or, it wont innitiate the motor without the gas peddle?

your fuel filter could be clogged or a sensor conked out, take it to the dealer.
