Pros/Cons on the Ford Edge?

My husband is thinking of purchasing a Ford Edge. He seems to like the looks of the suv and I was just wondering if any owners of a Ford Edge could comment on the car on how they like/dislike the things about it. Is it roomy inside as he is a larger man? We haven't gone to look and test drive one yet but will be next week. Just wanted to see if anyone had any comments about how it drives, the room inside, options, gas mileage. That sort of stuff. Thanks.

I'm 6 foot and 350lbs. and I fit comfortably. Wife's SUV and gets 15-17 mpg in the city. She's an Explorer only type so for her to like this one she is impressed. It is definitely a woman's vehicle. Love the controls and the lay out. The only thing we don't like are the same thing in any Ford vehicle and that is the seat belts. Oh the brakes are A1. You will stop like a sports car when you hit them. Very good safety feature.

I don't own so I can't provide any more input other than I love the Ford Edge Sport. It's a really nice looking crossover SUV...

I bought a used 2015 model with a little over 60,000 miles and so far it has been bullet proof. I like the ride quality, I have driven down to Mexico on some long trips to Mazatlan and Puerto Vallarta and so far no issues. It was my second choice over a Suburban but I like the looks of the Edge much better.
