where is the fuel pump on a 1975 ford/mercury capri 2.3?

I had to work on my car late and I had a hard time finding it I just bought the manual for the car but it hast to come in the mail just want some help when I get back to it this morning.
 
The mechanical fuel pump should be mounted to the timing chain cover.Look on the side of the timing cover and it should be right there.You can also find it by following the fuel lines from the carb back towards the fuel pump
